Most people spend their lives avoiding hard days. Mike Hirthler walks into them for a living. As a nurse, his job begins where most people's worst moments start—illness, uncertainty, and the quiet weight of families trying to hold it together. But somewhere inside that reality, he built a different path: a board-certified nurse coach helping nurses (and the rest of us) take better care of themselves. Bachelor's degrees in kinesiology and nursing, halfway through a master's in nutrition sciences, with past competitions in CrossFit, powerlifting, two marathons and a 100km ultramarathon — Mike turned hard-won lessons into Here 2 Health.
