What we actually do to keep this site and your build safe, the two guarantees we stand behind, and the certifications we do not claim. Written plainly, because that is the point.
The two guarantees
Not marketing lines. If we break either one, this page is the receipt.
You own everything we build
The code, the content, the domain, the data. Yours from day one, not at the end of a contract. Leave any time and everything transfers with you. There is no hostage version of your website.
30 days, or the balance never comes due
Every build ships within 30 days. If your site is not live by day 30 for a reason on our side, you never owe the launch balance. The deposit covers the work either way, and you keep everything built to that point.
How your information is handled
The short list of what is true today. If it is not on this list, we do not claim it.
Payments
Handled entirely by Payments. We never see, store, or touch a card number.
Sign-in
Email magic links and Google sign-in. There is no password database to lose.
Your data
Stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Every row is protected by access rules so accounts can only read what belongs to them.
Who can see what
Administrative access is limited to four named people on the Extraordinary team. Nobody else.
Your Ordinary Scan report
Private by default. It is only visible publicly if you choose to list it, and it comes down on request.
Selling data
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Full stop.
What we do not claim
Trust works both directions, so here is the honest column.
- No SOC 2 or ISO certification. We have not earned one, so we do not borrow the badge.
- No uptime promise with a decimal in it. We build on managed infrastructure and say so.
- No claim that nothing can ever go wrong. If it does, the guarantee above is what happens next.
