Alan Adams

Alan Adams is a Cold War submariner and weapons engineer who served on Royal Navy nuclear submarines. After leaving the Navy he returned to education as a mature student, completing a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management, which sparked a deep interest in what makes great leaders and how people make decisions under pressure. He later completed NLP Master Practitioner training and interviewed many of the UK’s leading business figures to better understand how successful leaders think and operate. Alan is the author of three books, with his fourth, Invictus for Business, currently being edited. The book draws on lessons from submarine service and wider military experience, translating them into practical insights for leadership and decision-making in business.
